Nel receives NOK 600M purchase order for alkaline electrolyzers from Woodside for US project

Nel Hydrogen Electrolyser AS, a subsidiary of Nel ASA, has entered into a contract for alkaline electrolyzer equipment from Australia-based Woodside Energy for its proposed hydrogen project, H2OK, in Ardmore in the state of Oklahoma. On 1 June 2022, Woodside merged with BHP Petroleum to create a global independent energy company.
