Kyushu University team develops platinum-free fuel cell with enzyme-inspired NiRu catalyst

A group led by Professor Seiji Ogo from Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan, has published details of an experimental fuel cell that uses a nickel-ruthenium (NiRu) catalyst instead of platinum.
