One of the biggest concerns about the IRA’s requirements for EV tax credit eligibly regards battery packs, cells, and the materials used to manufacture them. According to the agreement , WesCEF will supply the South Korean battery supplier with up to 85,000 tons of lithium concentrate. The South Korean company is a longtime Tesla supplier.
