Alpiq, EW Höfe and SOCAR Energy Switzerland are looking into the feasibility of installing an electrolysis facility with a capacity of up to 10 MW in Freienbach, Switzerland. The facility will thus set new standards in terms of overall efficiency and make an important contribution to Switzerland’s climate friendly energy supply.

In Switzerland, Nel Hydrogen Electrolyser, a division of Nel ASA, has received a purchase order for a 2 megawatt (MW) containerized Proton PEM electrolyzer, as part of a 30 MW framework agreement with Hydrospider AG, an affiliated company of H2 Energy. wide network of hydrogen stations and corresponding supply chain in Switzerland.

The expected ramp will go from approximately 180 vehicles per day to approximately 300 per day in Q4 2023, with Fisker working with suppliers to achieve this run rate in October. More than 1,500 additional vehicles are arriving by ship in the US, beginning this weekend. Additional plans will be announced soon.

Standards organizations CEN and ETSI recently confirmed , at the 6 th ETSI workshop on ITS in Berlin, that the basic set of standards for Cooperative Intelligence Transport Systems (C-ITS), as requested by the European Commission in 2009, have now been adopted and issued.
