Bollinger Motors building design validation pilots of its B4 all-electric chassis cabs

Bollinger Motors has begun building design validation pilots of its B4 all-electric Class 4 chassis cabs for testing and demonstration. The Bollinger B4 will be eligible nationwide for a federal purchasing incentive of 30% of the cost of the vehicle, up to a total $40,000, through the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

BNEF: cost of new renewables rises as inflation starts to bite

The cost of new-build onshore wind has risen 7% year on year, and fixed-axis solar has jumped 14%, according to the latest analysis by research company BloombergNEF (BNEF). The global benchmark levelized cost of electricity, or LCOE, has retreated to where it was in 2019. The latter cost at $74 and $81 per MWh, respectively.
