Mercedes-Benz presents prototype Unimog with hydrogen combustion engine; multi-power distribution

At this year’s demopark open-air exhibition, Mercedes-Benz is presenting a prototype of the Unimog based on the U 430 with hydrogen-powered combustion engine as part of the publicly funded “WaVe” project. Both vehicles are equipped with a diesel engine with an output of 260 kW (354 hp).

This is pre-filled and hermetically sealed and is therefore maintenance-free. ZF uses the fluorine-free, natural refrigerant propane.

Royal Mail announces first delivery office with an all-electric delivery fleet
