Toyota still has not made any money on the Prius. I see the technical complexity of hybrids is finally coming home to roost at Toyota, which has superb engineering. Uncharacteristically, Toyota is blaming this on the floormats!! The practice has a direct impact on California’s economy. They will not meet my needs.
