Tesla filed an 8-K with the SEC to reveal a new blog post to its website stating that Gebbia has joined Tesla’s Board of Directors, effective September 25. “Gebbia, a designer and entrepreneur, has spent the last 14 years of his career as co-founder of Airbnb,” Tesla wrote in the blog post.
