California Department of State Hospitals orders 12 electric Ford Transit 350HD vans from Lightning Systems

Ford develops and begins manufacturing new powered respirator; expanding other COVID-19 efforts

Production of this PAPR starts today at Ford’s Vreeland facility near Flat Rock, Mich., Ford also is now producing face masks and leading an effort to scale production of reusable gowns for health care workers.

Ford wins contract to supply USPS with E-Transit mail delivery vehicles

U-M researchers challenge USPS EV environmental study

The NGDV program calls for the purchase of up to 165,000 new mail delivery trucks over the next decade. In February, the agency announced it had completed the environmental review for its Next Generation Delivery Vehicle program and was moving ahead with plans to start purchasing the new trucks.
