Canada and California to work together on cleaner transportation

Provisional agreement reached on European CO2 standards for heavy-duty trucks; 30% lower by 2030

The European Parliament and the Council have reached provisional agreement on a regulation setting, for the first time in the EU, strict CO 2 emission standards for trucks. EPA settles with Tesla over Clean Air Act violations at Fremont plant; $275K penalty
