Ford Motor Company and Universal Technical Insititute (UTI) are collaborating to roll out a new curriculum responsible for training students to maintain and work on electric vehicles. The PHEV will be a necessity in students receiving hands-on training, which will eventually lead to the acquisition of a certification in High Voltage Systems.

Chrysler to Develop New Fiat 500 Electric Vehicle for the US; Ram PHEV to Offer 20 Miles All-electric Range

Last year Chrysler Group announced the company’s intention to build the Fiat 500 with a combustion engine for North America. Ram Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV).
