The US Department of Energy (DOE) has extended the closing date for the Request for Information (RFI) on Total Costs of Ownership of Future Light-Duty Vehicles ( DE-FOA-0000592 , earlier post ). One of the quantification measures is the total cost of ownership per mile driven, including vehicle and fuel costs.
