Saft to deliver e6T Li-ion batteries to Lockheed Martin for Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) program

Saft has been awarded a contract from Lockheed Martin for delivery of e6T Li-ion battery systems for the engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) phase of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) Program. The Battery module contains 21 Saft 6T Li-ion cells connected in a 3P-7S configuration and one Power Control Module.
