The results of the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of greenhouse gas emissions and primary energy demand of the cars tested by Green NCAP in 2022 show that the current and continuous trend towards larger and heavier cars, significantly increases the negative impact on climate and energy demand.

Within a year Electric vehicles are going to be equal to the cost of petrol vehicles in the Indian market.

The European Parliament Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI) adopted this week, with 46 votes in favor, 40 against and two abstentions, a position on proposed rules to revise the CO 2 emission performance standards for new cars and vans in line with the EU’s increased climate ambition.
