Proposed 5th edition of Worldwide Fuel Charter introduces new Category 5 for fuel efficiency and emission control

The Charter now also references the E100 and B100 Guidelines published by the WWFC Committee in 2009. The revised Category 4 will allow biodiesel in diesel fuel at levels up to 5% by volume. The WWFC Committee will produce a Response to Comments and a final version of the WWFC5 after reviewing any comments received.
