The Los Angeles City Council is putting forth a plan to expand the number of city-owned electric vehicles to at least 10,000 and deploy a sizeable charging infrastructure for EVs throughout the city. The proposal was passed by a 12-0 vote, according to NBC Los Angeles.

Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) has entered an agreement with Electrify America, LLC to provide the first all-electric Porsche, the Taycan, with three years of charging at Electrify America public stations across the country. Every Porsche is a sports car with soul, and the Taycan is soul electrified.
