T&E: Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands lead deployments of zero-emission buses in Europe

In Luxembourg and the Netherlands about two-thirds of new buses were zero-emissions. Denmark leads the way when it comes to putting zero-emission urban buses on the streets in Europe, with 78% of new vehicles being electric, according to the latest data from green NGO Transport & Environment.

Heliox to fast charge Volvo electric buses in Luxembourg

Sales-Lentz, one of the public transport operators in Luxembourg, has ordered three Heliox Fast Charge Systems with OppCharge open interface to provide fast charging services for its four Volvo 7900 electric buses. End of route stations will be delivered Q2 2017, with one of the systems to be located at Sales-Lentz’ depot.
