WinGD to deliver methanol engines for COSCO SHIPPING Lines container vessels

WinGD will supply 10X92DF-M methanol-fuelled engines to four 16,000 TEU container vessels to be built for COSCO SHIPPING Lines at COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry (Yangzhou) Co. Ltd. These vessels will be delivered from 2025 and will feature WinGD’s first X92DF-M engines in China. The methanol engines will be delivered from engine builder CSSC CMD in Shanghai, which is jointly developing the engines with WinGD.

API data shows robust petroleum demand in US in February

In February, API’s industry data showed petroleum demand of 19.8 million barrels per day (Mb/d) at its second highest for the month since 2020, a rebound in oil production and record level exports, with reductions in inventories and domestic refining activities when compared to January 2023. The Tesla ( NASDAQ: TSLA ) at ARK Invest has continued as the firm sold more than 130,000 shares on Friday, just one day after 139,000 shares were offloaded by the automaker’s biggest bull. ARK’s Daily Trading Desk updates revealed the ARKK fund eliminated 119,151 shares of Tesla stock, while the ARKW ETF sold 11,547 shares. The sale saw 130,698 shares leave the two ARK ETFs.
