I heard that you can change zones 3 times and then you have to purchase another car. That being said, even a car that derives its energy from coal power plants would be far more clean. excluding coal power in china. Add a third or better a fourth (for stability) and the price drops a few thousand $ a unit. Thats double the milage of a Prius and a lot more fun!
