T&E: Electric bus orders in Europe more than doubled to 1,031 units in 2017; ~9% share of new registrations

Container ship to test running on Synthetic Natural Gas, provided by Audi

MAN Energy Solutions and Wessels Marine GmbH announced a technical showcase whereby the 2017-retrofitted Wes Amelie , a 1,036-TEU feeder container ship, will use liquefied SNG (Synthetic Natural Gas) produced from renewable electrical energy as drop-in fuel. As a result, CO 2 emissions are expected to decline by 56 tons for this trip.
