Toyota has announced the first 8 California dealers for the Mirai fuel cell vehicle, which will arrive in the dealerships in October. Toyota is planning for Mirai US sales volume of approximately 3,000 units through 2017. All Mirais will be sold and delivered through the authorized Mirai dealer of the customer’s choice.

Nissan installing more than 100 DC quick chargers at LEAF dealers in US

Nissan will support installation of more than 100 DC quick chargers at LEAF-certified dealers in 21 key markets nationwide. We know that available charging infrastructure opens the doors for more Nissan LEAF sales. The units, which use the CHAdeMO standard, can charge the vehicle from depleted to about 80% in about 30 minutes.

Sales of the entire Prius family were 16,774 units, with the sedan accounting for 8,788 of those.) C-MAX Hybrid sales also helped Ford deliver its best October for small car sales in 11 years.
