CU Denver study finds ride-hailing increases vehicle miles traveled

For this study, the conservative (lower end) percentage of deadheading miles from ride-hailing is 40.8%.

Alstom invests €14M in electric autonomous shuttle company EasyMile

Volvo teams with Starbucks to install EV charging network at U.S. locations

Lightning Hybrids to Introduce Hydraulic Hybrid Sports Sedan at Denver Auto Show

Colorado start-up Lightning Hybrids will unveil the prototype of its hydraulic hybrid four-seat sports sedan at the Denver Auto Show 1-5 April. The car will average 100 miles to the gallon and will be able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than six seconds. This will also mark the public debut for the hydraulic hybrid drivetrain.

Mercedes-Benz and BMW to sell car-sharing JV SHARE NOW to Stellantis

The three companies recently signed an agreement to this effect and agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction. Portland, Oregon, Denver, Colorado, Columbus, Ohio and Austin, Texas. Electrify America to install 2,800 charging stations at workplaces and multi-unit dwellings across US

Level 2 charging will provide for a charging speed up to 20-25 miles of driving range per hour, which would allow drivers to fully charge their electric vehicles at their home or workplace. The 2,800 Level 2 charging stations will be located at approximately 500 sites, all with more than one charging station.
