Germany launches R&D facility for industrial-scale Li-ion cell manufacturing; €500M in funding

Volvo will supply 20 heavy-duty electric trucks to Amazon in Germany

Volvo Trucks will deliver fully electric heavy-duty trucks to Amazon in Germany by year end. Heavy goods vehicles and other commercial vehicles make up around 36% of Germany’s domestic transport emissions, according to Germany’s BMUV. Bosch to manufacture S3 fuel cell stacks for PowerCell

PowerCell has signed an agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH to manufacture the S3 fuel cell stack for PowerCell. In 2022, PowerCell signed significant agreements for fuel cell stacks and systems, including series deliveries to ZeroAvia, which manufactures emission-free aircraft. PowerCell and Bosch have a long-standing collaboration.
