Chart Industries and ZEV Stations executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) enabling the two companies to collaborate on novel deployment for US-based, multimodal hydrogen stations with Chart equipment. It will also leverage almost 60 years of Chart experience in manufacturing hydrogen equipment, including fuel station components.

thyssenkrupp has signed a contract with Illinois-based CF Industries to supply a 20 megawatt alkaline water electrolysis plant to produce green hydrogen at their Donaldsonville, Louisiana, manufacturing complex. Ammonia is a critical enabler for the storage and transport of hydrogen and can also be a clean fuel in its own right.
