BBAC, a joint venture between Daimler and its Chinese partner BAIC Motor, has been producing Mercedes-Benz passenger cars since 2005 and engines since 2013. All production practices at BBAC maintain Daimler’s rigorous and unified global standards. In 2016, more than two-thirds of the Mercedes-Benz vehicles sold in China were made at BBAC.

The 2013 Audi Q5 Hybrid crossover has had a long gestation, but reports say it will finally reach the U.S. Now a report in Automobile magazine suggests that the 2013 Audi Q5. market this fall. On sale in Europe for a year now, the hybrid Q5 was originally launched at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show.
