Hyundai Motor America, in partnership with Hyundai Capital America, announced its new Evolve+ electric vehicle subscription service at the 2023 Chicago Auto Show. In the screen shot provided by Hyundai, the charge is $20/100 miles from 1,001 miles up to 1,500 miles—i.e., Mileage overage charges can be significant.

Hyundai is on track to be the first mainstream automaker to launch an augmented reality owner’s manual app. The Hyundai Virtual Guide app is the brand’s modern take on the traditional owner’s manual, allowing consumers to use their smartphone or tablet computer to get how-to information for repairs, maintenance and vehicle features.
