The next step will be to charge the truck through dynamic wireless power transfer on a public road in Gotland, Sweden. Nel ASA receives purchase order for 20MW alkaline electrolyzer from steelmaker Ovako

Volvo Buses in project researching use of second-life electric bus batteries to store solar energy

Batteries from electric bus route 55 in Gothenburg, Sweden are being used for solar energy storage in a second-life application. They are installed in a battery chamber and linked together to create a 200 kWh storage pack. It can also be used to buy and store electricity from the national grid when it is cheap and green, for later use.
