I think that’s fair since on a good day my 3 ½-year-old Chevrolet Volt has a 61-mile all-electric range, roughly comparable to a used Nissan Leaf or Fiat 500e. On top of that, I’m currently running at 80+% electric miles. Still turning in max EV miles. The number of EVs in my neighborhood seems to be growing weekly.

In Washington, DC, Maven+ car sharing will be available to residents of. and is adding Boston, Chicago and Washington, D.C.

These "passive speed limiters" would use audio and/or visual cues to alert drivers whenever they are 10 miles per hour or move over the speed limit. Far more annoying the systems available for purchase, which are only available, typically, in higher-end vehicles -- and often offered as an option, not standard.
