Australian resource company Blackham Resources Limited announced that Phase II of the Preliminary Process Study (PPS) for its Scaddan coal-to-liquids (CTL) project has confirmed the technical feasibility of the production of 15,000 barrels per day of Fischer-Tropsch diesel and naphtha, or 6.1 million barrels of oil equivalent per year.
