I love the idea of powering my car from solar power. Photovoltaic arrays belong on stationary rooftops -- which is an excellent way to drive on solar power (roof > house > car). How about a car-mounted wind-generator? Better yet, make a tax-deductible contribution. How about putting PV cells on the roof of a PHEV?
