Wärtsilä gas engines to burn 100% hydrogen

The technology group Wärtsilä is developing the combustion process in its gas engines to enable them to burn 100% hydrogen fuel. Wärtsilä has researched hydrogen as a fuel for 20 years, and has tested its engines with blends of up to 60% hydrogen and 40% natural gas. Hydrogen as part of the renewable electricity system of the future.

Production of renewable diesel restarted at the expanded part of Neste’s Singapore refinery after operational shutdown

The production of renewable diesel at Neste’s Singapore refinery expansion has been restarted in early August, according to the company’s plans. With the growth projects in Singapore and Martinez, the company targets to increase its total nameplate capacity of renewable products to 5.5 Co-processed marine fuel to Swedish market.
