The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) announced the publication of the Roadmap of Standards and Codes for Electric Vehicles at Scale developed by the Institute’s Electric Vehicles Standards Panel (EVSP). A “gap” means no published standard, code, regulation, policy, etc.

Minnesota has become the latest state to adopt California clean car standards; the new standards were finalized by a notice in the state register on Monday. The policy will implement two clean cars standards to reduce vehicle emissions. The rule only applies to new light- and medium-duty vehicles for sale in Minnesota.
