When fully implemented, the e-trucks will reduce Danfoss’ scope 1 and 2 emissions in Denmark by 10-15% with the added benefit of next to zero noise and air pollution, thereby ensuring an improved working climate for drivers. With this transformation, Danfoss will be the first company in Denmark to have a 24-hour truck in operation.

The California Air Resources Board approved a new regulation designed to reduce pollution further from ocean-going vessels while docked at California’s busiest ports. An example would be purchasing zero-emission heavy-duty trucks for port use. The rule builds on progress achieved by the At-Berth Regulation adopted in 2007.
