Market leader Toyota has launched its first electric vehicle in Australia, the bZ4X SUV, and priced it just $600 higher than the entry-level Tesla Model Y. Both models have a 71.4kWh (gross) lithium-ion battery pack that equates to a 436km range for the 2WD and 411km for the AWD. The high-voltage battery is covered for up to 10 years.
