Through October 2019, HVIP has committed to supporting the purchase of 3,400 zero-emission trucks and buses; more than 2,600 hybrid trucks; 3,200 low NO x engines, and 240 trucks outfitted with electric power take-off systems with vouchers requested by California fleets. At the 24 October Board meeting, CARB approved changes to HVIP.
