This morning at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Honda as offered the public a glimpse into its future as an all-electric brand, unveiling two EV concepts as part of its new “0 Series” of passenger vehicles that will be sold globally. It is going electric – but now it has to play catchup. Sounds a lot like my 2024 resolutions.

At its unveiling at CES in Las Vegas, bosses confirmed that the final car is designed, and testing of the production car is now under way at Honda’s US headquarters, ahead of an expected reveal in 2025. The final cockpit design is scheduled to be shown in the near future.

The EV6 GT also has the very handy Auto Hold feature where, at a stop light, the brakes are automatically applied, relieving the driver and reducing fatigue in the driver’s right leg from pressing on the brake pedal.
