Jaguar unveils extended range electric vehicle

The brand new concepts are coming thick and fast and now it is Jaguar’s turn to unveil an extended range electric vehicle. The Jaguar C-X75 concept uses twin gas micro-turbines from Bladon Jets to power two switched reluctance generators from SR drives. Traction comes from four 145kW, 400Nm traction motors at each wheel.
