Ford has tripled to more than 200 the number of US dealers certified to sell its lineup of plug-in electrified vehicles, including the new C-MAX Energi plug-in hybrid that is on sale now and delivers the equivalent of 105 mpg combined in electric mode. Ford recently began production of the C-MAX Energi at its Michigan Assembly Plant.

Ford Motor Company has certified the first 67 dealers in California, New York and New Jersey to sell the battery-electric 2012 Focus Electric. Earlier post.). Kerala to install solar charging stations for electric vehicles every 50 km . The Kerala government Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research & Technology or ANERT has issued guidelines for this. The Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has planned to install 2,000 electric vehicle charging stations in India in FY2020-21.

Up to $2500 will be offered per eligible smart EV charger that has been purchased and installed on-site. A 50kW charger installed at a Noosa hotel charges a Kia EV6 GT.
