Last week, at the Model S unveiling in Los Angeles, Tesla revealed that an optional “ QuickCharg e &# battery would get a full charge in 45 minutes from a 480V outlet. Ive found it facinating how car commercials changed the main MPG number they promoted before gas went over $4 a gallon as city miles. Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product. It is 12 years later.
