BYD won an order to deliver another 406 battery-electric buses to the Colombian capital of Bogotá, coming shortly after a previous announcement on 17 December of the delivery of the 470 pure electric buses to the city. BYD will co-work with Superpolo, a Colombian bus manufacturer, on the body part of the buses for such order.

BYD has completed the delivery of 10 battery-electric K9S buses to Link Transit in Wenatchee, Washington, a milestone for the company as production ramps up following a temporary plant closure in Mid-March from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Anaheim Transportation Network has awarded an order for 40 battery-electric buses to BYD. The ATN fleet order will increase the number of BYD electric buses the agency can deploy to serve one of the nation’s busiest tourism and employment regions. The buses range in size from the 30-foot BYD K7M to the articulated 60-foot K11M.

OK, not bad, and partly due to BYD's lift of 372% over the same period. No wonder Buffett and Munger liked BYD, - until recently - it had 6X the % gain that Berkshire's holdings as a whole garnered. Plua , when Warren /Charlie first invested back in 2008 BYD was a more nuts and bolts company that they could actually understand.
