Noteworthy trends are as follows: From 2009 to 2019, the average distance driven per light-duty, short-wheelbase (less than or equal to 121 inches) vehicle increased by 12% (from 10,391 miles to 11,599 miles). And without the benefit of 5,000 pounds of murderous steel around us, out of necessity we motorcycle riders become masters of balancing risk. I think it might, at least for me.

The study does not address engines that EPA has not approved for use with E15, such as pre-2001 cars, marine, snowmobile, motorcycle, and small non-road engines. The data presented in these studies did not show any evidence of deterioration in engine durability or maintenance issues for E15 (or E20) in comparison to E0 and E10 (when tested).
