At CES in Las Vegas, the company announced that hydrogen fuel will now play a “crucial role in Hyundai’s sustainability roadmap as it is a clean energy source.” For the Nexo, a recharge can take you 380 miles, with its only emissions being water vapor. Problem is, there is nowhere to charge them.

The first Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle from the EQ brand made its US premiere at CES 2019 in Las Vegas. The operation strategy enables the EQC to deliver a preliminary estimated range of 450 kilometers (279 miles) according to the European cycle NEDC. The full test program comprises more than 500 individual tests.

At its unveiling at CES in Las Vegas, bosses confirmed that the final car is designed, and testing of the production car is now under way at Honda’s US headquarters, ahead of an expected reveal in 2025. Nissan revealed the Nissan LEAF electric vehicles in a global launch event in Yokohama, followed by its North American debut at a media event in Las Vegas. The LEAF now offers a range of 400 km (249 miles) on the Japan JC08 cycle. Maximum speed is 144 km/h (89 mph).

The new electric sedan concept VW debuted in China will be equipped with a 77kWh lithium-ion battery resulting in a range of up to 620 km (WLTP) or 385 miles. 7 is expected to have a range of up to 700 km (WLTP) or 435 miles.
