The California Energy Commission unanimously approved funding of $1,974,330 for the expansion and upgrade of a biodiesel production facility and buy-downs of alternative-fuel vehicles. in Stockton, for the buy-down of 19 propane gas vehicles of 8,501 to 14,000 pounds gross vehicle weight.
