The new Zotye-Ford joint venture will deliver a separate range of affordable all-electric vehicles under a new brand, pending regulatory approvals. By the end of 2019, 100% of new Ford and Lincoln-badged vehicles in China will be connected through either embedded modems or plug-in devices. Ford plans to open 100 new outlets next year.

According to a report by Smart Energy Decisions , there were more than one million electric vehicles (EVs) in commercial and government fleets in the United States as of 2021, up from just over 300,000 in 2019. It also proposed multi-pollutant emissions standards for light-duty and medium-duty vehicles for model years 2027 and later.

Hyundai can rightly claim the Sonata Hyundai Hybrid looks like no other sedan, highlighted by a distinctive LED headlight design, which is edged by a very unique and compelling daylight running light strip. The strip appears to be chrome during the day, but lights-up at night. More miles from up top. Clean, Refreshing Interior.

Navigant’s analysis indicates that only buyers in California and Oregon will purchase sufficient numbers of vehicles in order to meet the ZEV requirement in 2018 and 2019. Tesla is also readying the Model X, a more affordable crossover for launch by the end of 2014. By 2022, not even California will meet the 10% ZEV requirement.
