Toyota announced the car at this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show, saying that its development and manufacturing are driven by the U.S. liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor that combine for up to 232 system horsepower in the all-wheel drive variant, which Toyota said is a 30-pony increase over the gas-only model.
