With record production of 10.564 million barrels per day in June 2015, Saudi Arabia has been one of the major driving forces behind the current oil price slump. Shell and its joint venture announced the start of oil production from the third phase of the deep-water Parque das Conchas (BC-10) development in Brazil’s Campos Basin. The development is the first of its kind based fully on subsea oil and gas separation and subsea pumping.

I've found an oil-burning 505 in a boneyard in California's Central Valley, so let's take a look. The 504 stayed in production quite deep into the 21st century ( in Nigeria ), and the 505 was its ordained successor. The 505 was sedan-only here for '82, but was offered with both gasoline and diesel engines.

Oil from the Cardamom subsea development (100% Shell) is piped through Shell’s Auger platform. When at full production of 50,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day (boe/d), Auger’s total production capacity will increase to 130,000 boe/d.
