Recent monitoring indicates these counties’ particulate matter levels are meeting the standards, but continuous compliance must occur before EPA will grant an attainment designation.

In this second set of awards, the following recipients will receive grants and rebates: Statewide. Multi-county. Allegheny County. Giant Eagle, Inc.: Bedford County. Bucks County.
