Kelly controller configuration, 3000RPM limit and vibration after regen braking complete

DIY Electric Car

I have a KLS8080IPS connected to a ME1507 motor, currently testing at 60V. I believe I have configured the sin/cos resolver correctly. The setup appears to work, and the motor spins up smoothly as expected. However, I have two problems: 1) The maximum speed of the motor seems to be capped at 3000RPM. I can't work out why. I've tried setting the max speed to values like 5,000, 6,000 and 10,000 and the result is still capped at 3000 RPM.
