Renault and the Volvo truck group have announced they are working together to hatch a pioneering new family of electric vans that will be sold under the Flexis badge when they go on sale in 2026. Renault and Volvo aren’t the only car-makers investing in pioneering electric vans.

Batteries are also less effective in the cold, but there’s a general nationwide increase in demand for truck use around the holidays, so EV trucks may hinder fleet operations during peak seasons.
