General Motors told CR that Super Cruise will be on 22 GM vehicles by 2023. Cadillac’s Super Cruise remained CR’s top-rated system because, when turned on, it uses direct driver monitoring to warn drivers that appear to have stopped paying attention to the road. While the mandate requires that 15% of all vehicles sold in the state by 2025 be ZEV, as of today less than one percent (0.65%) of vehicles sold in Maryland meet that standard.
